comex

had a date with my dad today. (((: so interesting. took the mrt to cityhall. then we went to marina square. and had CARLSJR. or smth like that. haha. it was super nice! the burger was really big- it was like the size of a whopper. moreover, it was the basic-est burger there- THE FAMOUS STAR. i think. haha. im sorry but when i eat somethingextremely sumptious and mouth-waterine, i dont remember the name of the food. heh. :P but anw, its really cool! theres free flow of drinks- which is good. but they have a trick- they dont serve non-gassy drinks. so u cant drink much. ha. of course, u still can if u have 4 stomachs. lol. and then u get to get ur own chilli, tomato or some weird but tasty sauce. and then theres a garnish which is made up of cubed tomato with some veg, onion and spice. rather yummy. and then the famous star was rather good too. actually, it was smth like the whopper- except that theres more atmosphere in CARLSJR and the lighting, colour scheme and whole concept of dining is an interesting mix. it wasnt noisy: well, actually we missed the lunch crowd. and there was background music which can be clearly heard. (: not like other fastfood restaurants. mind u, C.J is not fastfood- they only cook ur meals AFTER u order them. cool eh? and theres alfresco dining if u wish to. nice. but then, the basic-est combo cost 6.90. which is reasonable for the fantastic meal. the most ex is 10.50 i think. and then thers beel chilli fries. COOL. tastes a bit like rendang. its only 3.80! and they have BLACK cutlery. like how cool is that?!? haha. sorry, i have a deprived childhood. ):

then we went to suntec's COMEX. its an exhibition of all kinds of "geeky" gadget related brands where prices are discounted. so cool can? all u computer whizzes and gadget fanatics should go have a look yeshh? my dad tried out a mp4 player. so nice. u can store movies in it- but then if u want to, u should buy the 1gb mp4 cos only it can store 1 WHOLE movie. yup. learnt abt diff kinds of brands on the market- some of them i never heard of. heh. there was one part of the microsoft exhibition part with XBOX! i want to buy xbox. but then, its only cos it looks so nice. if not, im not a gadgetgeeko at heart. haha. and mydad bought a few stuff. before, we headed home. only an hour at the comex. it was really crowded! cant imagine SUNDAY... must be packed until u cant move. haha. i want a camera. i want the 12.3 mp camera. lol. no la. its so expensive u know? 2999. DOTS. haha. anyone wanna sponsor me? lol. but actually i don want that one cos it looks so professional. and bulky. haiz. nvm. theres always next time. should have told my dad i wanted to buy something. cos he asked me if theres anything i want... but im so nice- say no. ill save up to buy what i want. CATHERINE the SACRIFICIAL one. lol. thats such a joke! (: anw, realised that what my ahgong said is true- and my mum- my dad can be really nice at times. but like if he becomes angry(again) then haiz. too bad for us. go run and hide! and my mum is ok. so i take back what i said. sorry. i must learn to appreciate what i have. :): try not to be greedy. but if i can change certain things withing my capacity, i will. yup.
