super scared

i am uber bloody terribly f-ing scared la. i think i just introduced another virus into my computer. im like pathetic!!!!! i think i introduced at least 10 viruses this year already!?! and tho i know my pap dont want to blame me, i think he knows its me. HOW??????? i went to friendster, joyce's blog, blogger, blogskins, a preview of a few blogskins, webmsn, and quite a few other blogs. too lazy to type out now. HOW?????????? please advice. =(
